I loved...When I was little I went to dance classes. I loved them. But after a while my concentration dwindled and I wanted to stop. My Mum is HUGE on not pushing kids... but I still say to her all the time that I wish she would have pushed me and made me stay. Some times it's a good idea to push/encourage/persuade with some things. Your post made me think of this one (http://swistle.blogspot.com/2011/01/dilemma-on-whether-or-not-to-let-child.html) about whether to let her son quit music lessons.
