What I've Been Doing With My Time

Lately I've been taking on more paid blogging work, in addition to pitching some stories to publications on the video game industry, since I'll be attending the Game Developer's Conference later this month. I have so many ideas for posts to share with you guys here, but they are not all getting written.
I've mentioned it before, but one of the places I've been writing for is called Uptake. It's kind of a cool travel startup that aggregates all the reviews from TripAdvisor, etc. into one average rating.
If you are thinking about a trip and don't know where to start researching it, Uptake just did an overview of all the meta search sites out there and what they are. They also did a test comparing their own site to competitors when it comes to hotel reviews.
We used online reviews a lot when planning our latest trip to La Paz, as well as Pebbles' birthday party at a local indoor water park. I think I'll be keeping that second link of only as a handy place to find links to the various sites that have hotel reviews.

I was on a site for Conrad Winkler whom I knew from MIT. I was wondering if this is still his site and lovely family.
