This was in the 4-year-old information sheet that the doctor gave us at Nutmeg's visit last week:
"Erik Erikson, in his book Childhood and Society, describes the behavior of four-year-olds as being frequently intrusive in nature. This intrusiveness is characterized by: intrusion upon others bodies by physical attack; intrusion into other people's ears and minds by aggressive talking; intrusion into their space by vigorous locomotion; intrusion into the unknown by consuming curiosity."
