EZ Prints just called. I got my refund. After listening to me rant for 60 seconds or so, including about how I am telling everyone not to use EZ Pritns, the manager said,
"Well, we don't want you to be telling everyone not to use EZ Prints. That is never our intention"
I laughed. As if some companies have it in their bylaws: Encourage all customers to tell everyone they know not to use our service.
